Refund policy

Welcome to MVP Shop. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work. Please read it carefully before placing an order — by completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

This Refund Policy works together with our Shipping Policy. Where the two policies overlap, this Refund Policy controls matters of returns and refunds, and the Shipping Policy controls matters of delivery.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered (as confirmed by carrier tracking) to request a return for a non-defective item. Requests submitted after this window are not eligible for return or refund.

For damaged or defective items, a separate window applies — see Section 4.

2. Items Eligible for Return

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In their original, unused, unworn, unwashed condition,
  • With all original tags attached,
  • In their original packaging,
  • Free of any odors, stains, marks, alterations, or signs of wear.

Items that arrive at our facility not meeting these conditions may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion, or refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

3. Items NOT Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defect or error caused by MVP Shop:

  • Customized or personalized products — including jerseys with custom names, numbers, patches, or any other personalization. Because these items are made to order specifically for you and cannot be resold, they are non-returnable.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged by customer use after delivery.

Please double-check spelling, numbers, sizes, and product details before completing your order — especially for customized items, where typos at checkout cannot be corrected after production begins.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mvpshopsports.com with:

  • Your order number,
  • Clear photos of the damage (the item itself, the packaging, and the shipping label),
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once we confirm the damage or defect, you can choose between:

  • A full refund, including the original shipping cost, or
  • A free replacement, with no additional cost — we cover return shipping and reship the item to you.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible.

5. How to Initiate a Return

All returns require prior authorization. We do not accept unauthorized returns.

To start a return, email us at support@mvpshopsports.com within the applicable window, with:

  • Your order number,
  • The item(s) you wish to return,
  • The reason for the return,
  • Photos (required for damage or defect claims).

Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you:

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number,
  2. The return shipping address,
  3. Step-by-step return instructions.

Items shipped back to us without an RMA number will not be processed and will not be eligible for a refund. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.

6. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns (size, fit, no longer wanted, ordered the wrong item, etc.), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. MVP Shop does not provide return labels or reimburse return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

Because MVP Shop fulfills orders through international fulfillment partners, the return address is located outside the customer’s country. International return shipping costs may be significant — please factor this into your decision before requesting a return for a non-defective item.

For defective or damaged items, or for errors caused by MVP Shop (see Section 4), we cover return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return. MVP Shop is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. The risk of loss remains with the customer until the return is received and inspected at our facility.

7. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and notify you of the result by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may be required for the credit to appear in your account.

Important refund details:

  • Original shipping costs are NOT refunded for change-of-mind returns. You receive a refund of the product price only.
  • For defective or damaged items, original shipping IS refunded in addition to the product price.
  • If a returned item shows signs of wear, missing tags, missing original packaging, or other deviations from the conditions in Section 2, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Items returned without prior RMA authorization will not receive a refund (see Section 5).

8. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product (for a different size, color, or item):

  1. Initiate a return for the original item per Section 5, and
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures your new item ships immediately rather than waiting for the return to arrive at our facility, which would otherwise delay your replacement by 4–8 weeks.

9. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. After this window:

  • Standard products: cancellations may be possible until the order ships, with a 10% restocking/processing fee.
  • Customized products: cancellations are not possible once production has started, as the item is unique to your order.

To cancel, email support@mvpshopsports.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any concern about your order — wrong item received, damage, missing package, refund delay, or anything else — please contact us first at support@mvpshopsports.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 business hours and will work with you in good faith to resolve any issue.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us bypasses our customer service process and prevents us from helping you. Disputes filed without prior contact may be challenged by MVP Shop with a complete evidence package, including:

  • Order confirmation and customer agreement to this Refund Policy at checkout,
  • Customer’s IP address and device information at time of order,
  • Shipping confirmation and full carrier tracking history,
  • Proof of delivery from the carrier,
  • Customer’s prior order history with matching shipping address (where applicable).

We strongly encourage all customers to reach out to us directly so we can resolve issues quickly — in nearly every case, we can fix the problem faster than a payment dispute can be processed.
