What to Include in Your Message

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following in your first email:

  • Your order number (it starts with #, format: #1234)
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A clear description of your question or issue
  • Photos, if your message is about damage, defects, or a wrong item received
  • Tracking number, if your message is about delivery

Including this information from the start often saves a full back-and-forth and lets us help you in a single reply.

Common Reasons to Contact Us

  • Order status and tracking — if your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or if you have questions about expected delivery dates.
  • Address corrections — please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Order cancellations — please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order; see our Refund Policy for details.
  • Returns and refunds — all returns require prior authorization (an RMA number); see our Refund Policy.
  • Damaged or defective items — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Customization questions — questions about custom names, numbers, sizing, or production timelines for personalized items.
  • Product questions — sizing, materials, fit, or anything else about our products.
  • Wholesale or bulk orders — please mention “Wholesale Inquiry” in your subject line.
  • Press, partnerships, or business inquiries — please mention the topic in your subject line.
  • Privacy requests — data access, correction, or deletion requests under our Privacy Policy.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge on your statement, please contact us first at support@mvpshopsports.com. We can almost always resolve issues faster than a payment dispute can be processed — and a chargeback filed without prior contact bypasses our ability to help you.
